Letter to William Babb, in part: “The Board informed me today that they have the report of your service and compensation during your employment by the carriers, but that they have not as yet received the medical report which they must have in order to determine whether you are permanently and totally disabled. This report was requested from the Missouri Southern Railroad Company on November 27, 1939. The Board is sending a tracer on this request, and I have been assured that as soon as all of the evidence is in their hands they will be glad to do everything possible to expedite the claim.” In fine condition.
