Ford” and “Jimmy Carter”; and a semi–glossy 31.75 x 21.75 photo of former First Ladies Rosalynn Carter and Betty Ford, affixed to a same-size piece of foamcore, signed and inscribed in silver ink, “To the Carters, Best wishes, Betty Ford,” and in black felt tip, “Working together to support each other on our important issues—mental health & substance abuse—Rosalynn Carter.” The four presidents photo is double-matted and in fine condition, with a crease passing through the Carter signature; and the first ladies photo is in fine condition.
