Black-bordered 4.5 x 2.75 envelope addressed in Queen Victoria’s hand to “The Viscountess Jocelyn,” and signed in the lower left, “The Queen.” Affixed to a larger card. In fine condition. Frances Jocelyn, Viscountess Jocelyn, was one of the trainbearers at the coronation of Queen Victoria and also served as a bridesmaid at her royal wedding in 1840. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
