In part: “I have the honor to enclose you Surgeon McMahon’s certificates of disability in the cases of two recruits…The delay in forwarding these papers has been on account of Dr. McMahon being stationed at present at Fort Snelling.” In fine condition, with partial edge separations repaired with tape to reverse.
