Certificate confirming that “John Baker is entitled to One thousand Shares of the Capital Stock of The U. S. Grant Mining Company.” Signed at the conclusion by Bullock as president of the company and countersigned by a secretary. In fine condition, with two vertical storage folds (one passing through a single letter of the signature) and a few trivial stains. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
