DS, one page, 8.5 x 13.5, November 13, 1962. Screen Actors Guild freelance contract in which Martin, as head of Claude Productions, hires Nan Martin to “render services…in the role of Charlotte Warkins, in a photoplay, the working title of which is now ‘Toys in the Attic.’” Signed at the conclusion in ballpoint by Dean Martin and Nan Martin, and countersigned in fountain pen by a Mirisch Company secretary. Two carbon riders are stapled to the left side, both initialed by all three parties. In fine condition, with expected document wear, toned tape to the riders, and a small block of toning from tape to the main document. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from PSA/DNA.
