Agreement between Grant and RKO Radio Pictures in which he agrees “to render his services as a motion picture actor in the making of three (3) feature-length motion picture photoplays…The Artist agrees to report to commence the rendition of his services in connection with the motion picture now entitled ‘Bringing Up Baby’ on the day following the completion of his services for Columbia Pictures.” Signed at the conclusion in fountain pen by Grant and countersigned by an RKO representative. Contained within its original folder, which bears a questionnaire about Grant’s citizenship filled out in another hand and affixed inside the back cover.
