Pass issued from the Headquarters of the Army in Washington in which Scott grants a colonel permission “to pass thorough the United States lines.” Signed at the conclusion by Scott and countersigned by an aide-de-camp. In very good condition, with intersecting folds, overall wrinkling, scattered staining, and a few tiny holes. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
