President Harding appoints Stuart Heintzelman as “Brigadier General, Regular Army in the service of the United States.” Signed at the conclusion by Harding and countersigned by Secretary of War John W. Weeks. In fine condition, with intersecting folds and expected document wear. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from PSA/DNA.
