Vintage matte-finish 4 x 5.5 near-profile photo of Balfour by Vandyk of London, affixed to its original 7.25 x 10.5 mount, signed on the mount in black ink, “Balfour.” In fine condition, with slight soiling and creasing to lower right corner; the signature and image remain crisp and clear. Accompanied by the original letter of transmittal from Carlton Gardens. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
