Handsomely engraved certificate for one share of capital stock in the American Express Company issued to J. & W. Lyall of New York. Signed at the conclusion by Wells as president and Fargo as secretary. Mounted, matted, and framed with images of both businessmen to an overall size of 31 x 15.5. Expected document wear, toning, a small tear near the bottom, and an overall musty odor, otherwise fine condition. Oversized. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
