Conclusion of an official Commonwealth of Massachusetts document, signed by Hancock as governor and countersigned by John Avery as secretary. Cloth-matted and framed with an engraved portrait to an overall size of 25 x 18. Heavily silked on the front for reinforcement, repaired partial separations to intersecting folds, overall toning, and a somewhat musty odor, otherwise very good condition. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
