I have been glad to write him about you.” Matted and framed with an artistic depiction of Roosevelt bearing a pre-printed facsimile signature to an overall size of 23.5 x 16.25. In fine condition, with light foxing and an expected horizontal mailing fold passing through the top of the signature. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
