In fine condition. During the first two administrations of President Franklin D. Roosevelt, Farley simultaneously served as Chairman of the New York State Democratic Committee, Chairman of the Democratic National Committee, and as Postmaster General. In 1947, President Truman appointed him as a senior commissioner on the Hoover Commission, where his work ultimately led to the development and ratification of the 22nd Amendment of the US Constitution.
