Partly-printed vellum DS as president, one page, 15.75 x 9.75, April 2, 1831. President Jackson grants Conrad States of Harrison County, Ohio, a parcel of land “at Steubenville Ohio, containing eighty acres and twenty-five hundredths of an acre.” Boldly signed at the conclusion by President Jackson and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office Elijah Hayward. The crisp white paper seal affixed to the lower left remains fully intact. Intersecting folds (one vertical fold passing through the first letter of the signature), light toning and soiling, and expected document wear, otherwise fine condition. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
