In part: “Our will and pleasure is that you do cause the 1st Battalion of our Coldstream Guards to proceed from Aldershot (Pirbright Camp) to Windsor…and the second Battalion from The Tower to Chelsea Barracks.” Signed at the top by Queen Victoria.
