At present all our efforts are concentrated on the activities in the house in Amsterdam and to give them a solid financial base. Last summer many conferences, lectures and discussion-evenings have taken place and there were about 40,000 visitors to the house. The student homes adjoining our premises are ready and about 120 are living there. We are preparing a pamphlet giving more details which I shall send to you as soon as it is ready.” A faint diagonal crease passing through two tips of the signature, light creasing, a tear and chip to lower right corner, and adhesive remnants to reverse along upper and lower edge, otherwise fine condition.
