Thompson, of California, a Consul of Class seven.” Nicely signed at the conclusion by President Harding and countersigned by Secretary of State Charles Evans Hughes. The crisply embossed white paper seal affixed to the lower left remains fully intact. Tightly rolled and in fine condition, with uniform toning and a few creases. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
