Roberts as “Postmaster at Farmington, in the County of Strafford, State of New Hampshire.” Signed at the conclusion by President Roosevelt and countersigned by Postmaster General George von L. Meyer. The gold seal affixed to the lower left remains intact. Tightly rolled and in very good condition, with a block of toning to the left portion, foxing to the left portion, and some light scattered soiling. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
