President Pierce directs the “Secretary of State to affix the Seal of the United States to the pardon granted to Peter Ballay.” Intersecting folds (one horizontal fold passing through the lower portion of the signature), light overall wrinkling, and a few small tears and toning to edges, otherwise fine condition. Accompanied by an unsigned engraved portrait. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
