Manuscript DS in Latin, signed “Franciscus,” one page, 21 x 14.75, January 18, 1796. Untranslated document concerning Michaele Scavrnczky. Signed at the conclusion by Emperor Francis and countersigned by Carolus Palffy. The paper seal affixed at the bottom remains crisp and fully intact. In fine condition, with intersecting folds and light soiling. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
