Two ALSs: the first, one page, Soreno Hotel letterhead, dated January 30, 1946, in full, “The postcard is on its way to your dear Mother—one who think[s] of his Mother never goes wrong—good luck to you”; and the second, the aforementioned postcard, postmarked January 30, 1946, in full, “Met your Son at the American Legion last night and he tells me that you like baseball and listen in to all the games—best wishes.” In overall fine condition, with intersecting folds (one vertical fold passing through a single letter of the signature) and a few light spots of discoloration to the first letter.
