Manuscript DS in French, signed “Louis,” one page, 9.5 x 14.5, March 12, 1702. In part (translated): “Our…sisal, we are sending to our Parliament court our declaration to establish a loan capital at the office of our firms, to register said declaration we are asking you to do the necessary requisitions that are of your duty, if you have not done so…Given at Versailles, March 12, 1702.” Boldly signed at the conclusion by King Louis.
