Farragut, Rear Admiral,” as well as on the reverse in the same manner. A two-cent revenue stamp is affixed to reverse. In very good condition, with scattered soiling to the lower right (partially affecting signature), scattered repaired surface marks (including his face), and two areas of adhesion remnants to reverse.
