Matte-finish 7 x 9.25 photo of Sadat in a three-quarter-length pose, inscribed in black felt tip, “Mary, Best wishes,” and signed in Arabic, adding the date of March 4, 1978. In very good condition, with a significant vertical crease to the right side, a noticeable crease to the upper sleeve area, and lighter scattered creases (one passing through the date below his signature). Accompanied by a newspaper clipping from the day of his assassination and a 1985 TLS by his widow, Jehan Sadat. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
