In part (translated): “I ask you to accept my thanks for your good wishes and for the incomparable capon, which was appreciated by all who had the good fortune to partake of it. In congratulating on the fine age which God has granted you to attain, I express the hope that the future will long permit us to continue our good relations.” Nicely double-matted and framed with an engraved portrait to an overall size of 21.5 x 17.5, with a glass backing for viewing the reverse and original mailing envelope. In fine condition, with central vertical and horizontal folds slightly split at the center, and very mild scattered foxing. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
