Hand-addressed and free franked mailing envelope panel, 4.75 x 2.75, addressed by Wellington to “Mr. Malcolm,” dated “London, April Second 1830,” and franked in the lower left, “Free, Wellington.” Also postmarked London, April 2, 1830. Double-matted and framed with an engraved portrait to an overall size of 11 x 15. A rough top edge from opening and light soiling, otherwise fine condition. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
