Desirable pair of Executive Mansion cards, 4.5 x 2.25, individually signed in bold black ink, “Grover Cleveland” and “Frances Cleveland.” A contemporary ink collector’s notation to the reverse of the President Cleveland card dates it to September 4, 1888, during his first term in office. Uniformly trimmed edges, even toning to the Frances Cleveland card, and trivial adhesive remnants to reverse of both, otherwise fine condition.
