Boggs’s game-used official Russell Athletic white Tampa Bay Devil Rays vest-style home coach’s jersey from the 2001 season, with sewn on letters and numbers, featuring “Rays” across the chest, and “Boggs” and his number 12 on the back. The Russell Athletic manufacturer’s tag is sewn to the front left tail, with three adjacent flag tags to indicate size and material, “48, 100% Polyester,” and alterations, “2″ Extra Length.” Signed in silver ink on the number on the back by Boggs. Exhibits light wear consistent with use. Accompanied by a letter of opinion from Mears, giving the jersey a grade of “A5” with respect to characteristic and game use.
