In part: “The portion of the minutes of this meeting relating to the extension of two contracts with The International Nickel Company for a period of one year…providing for the purchase of our requirements of Reduced Nickel and Anodes, Bars and Shot, is contained on pages 161 and 162 of this book inscribed ‘Edison Chemical Works Division of Edison Storage Battery Company.’” Signed at the conclusion by Thomas Edison, Charles Edison, and four other company executives.
