Rare bank check, 5.75 x 2.75, filled out and signed by Lois P. Blundell, payable to Robert Frost for $45, December 2, 1931, endorsed on the reverse by Frost, “Robert Frost.” In fine condition, with expected bank stamps and cancellation holes. Frost was awarded his second Pulitzer Prize in 1931, for his volume Collected Poems. This is an excessively rare format and the only Frost check we have ever encountered, endorsed or otherwise.
