Letter addressed to “My dear Mayor,” in part: “Remember calling on your dear Mother very well and had a nice chat with her. I hope it won’t be long before I am down your way again as always have a real good time. Enjoyed reading the paper you sent very much as it put me in mind of the great time we had that night.” In fine condition, with an office stamp to top right of first page.
