Signed on the back cover in blue ballpoint and black felt tip by Ed Mitchell, Wally Schirra, Scott Carpenter, and Alan Shepard. In very good to fine condition, with a central vertical crease through a single letter of each signature, and scattered toning to covers, a bit heavier to back cover.
