Dill a parcel of land in “the West half of the North East Quarter of section twenty…of the Lands directed to be sold at Vincennes, Indiana.” Signed at the conclusion by Jackson and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office Elijah Hayward. White paper seal is torn with one half detached from the document. Removably encapsulated in a Mylar sleeve.
