In part: “At ninety days sight pay this third of Exchange (first, second and fourth not paid) to Mr. William Bell or order One Hundred and Fifty Pounds Sterling value received.” In very good condition, with scattered toning and moderate to heavy ink erosion to signature and other bits of text.
