Rare souvenir handwritten lyrics to ‘Can’t Get It Out of My Head,’ on an off-white 8.25 x 10.75 sheet, signed at both the top and bottom by Lynne. Lynne pens the song in its entirety. In part: “Midnight on the water / I saw the ocean's daughter / Walking on a wave she came / Staring as she called my name / And I can't get it out of my head / No I can't get it out of my head / Now my old world is gone for dead / ’Cos I can't get it out of my head.” Nicely triple-matted and framed with an image to an overall size of 14.5 x 25.5. In fine condition. This song, which appeared on the 1974 album Eldorado, became Electric Light Orchestra’s first top ten hit in the US, making these lyrics especially desirable.
