Profit sharing trust agreement “between Boy Toy, Inc., a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of New York…and Madonna Ciccone as Trustee,” effective retroactively to February 3, 1984, setting guidelines for financial matters including insurance, annuities, investments, and powers of the board of trustees. Document is contained within its original folder. In fine condition, with a paperclip impression to the upper right of the last few pages. The company was established to specialize in Madonna music videos, films, and merchandise—and its eponym, Madonna’s ‘Boy Toy’ belt buckle, infamously appeared in the ‘Like a Virgin’ music video. She had debuted ‘Like a Virgin’ at the first MTV Video Music Awards on September 14, 1984—just two weeks before signing this document—and it went on to become her first number-one hit, launching her into worldwide stardom.
