Uncommon partly-printed vellum DS as president, signed “Z. Taylor,” one page, 10 x 14, no date. Unissued scallop-topped ship’s pass, boldly signed at the bottom by Taylor, and countersigned by Secretary of State John Clayton. Intersecting folds and expected mild wrinkling, otherwise fine condition. The white wafer seal is intact.
