In part: “Enclosed please find my check for quarters rent of my residence No 24 West Kensington Gardens…I trust you will pardon the delay in sending this as I have been in America and only returned home on Saturday last.” Intersecting folds, one through a single letter of signature, a few creases, and some light toning to bottom edge, otherwise fine condition.
