Neatly penned ALS signed “Matthew A. Henson,” one page, 5 x 6.5, New York, May 12, 1929. Letter to an admirer. In part: “Thank you for the kind expressions…I hope the climate of Virginia will be the means of restoring you to perfect health.” In fine condition.
