Release form in which Wood and Warner Bros. terminate their contract, agreeing to “release and discharge each other of and from any and all debts, controversies, actions, causes of action, claims and demands of any and every nature whatsoever.” Overall creases and soiling, and dampstaining to the lower right affecting Wood’s signature, otherwise very good condition.
