Vintage matte-finish 7.25 x 9.5 photo of von Stroheim as Field Marshall Erwin Rommel in the 1943 film Five Graves to Cairo, signed and inscribed in fountain pen “To ‘Peggy’—in sincere appreciation with all my kindest & most cordial wishes, Erich von Stroheim, Nov. 14th 1945.” Double-matted and framed to an overall size of 13.5 x 15.5.
