In part; “I hereby assign, transfer and release to Lion Feuchtwanger…any and all rights, title and interest of every kind and description whatsoever which I heretofore have had, now have, or hereafter may have, in or to the novel ‘Simon,’ by Lion Feuchtwanger and/or in or to the play ‘Simone’ by Lion Feuchtwanger and Berthold Brecht, together with all my rights, title or interest in or to any play, drama, scenario, film production of other derivative work…based on either that novel or play.” Signed at the conclusion by Brecht who has also initialed the first page.
