Partly-printed vellum DS as president, one page, 15.5 x 9.5, April 19, 1829. President Jackson grants Martin Brown a parcel of land in “Indianapolis, Indiana, containing Eighty Acres.” Signed at the conclusion by Jackson and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office George Graham. White paper General Land Office seal to lower left is fully intact. Matted and framed to an overall size of 20 x 14. Intersecting storage folds, one vertical fold passing through a single letter of the signature, and light scattered foxing and soiling, otherwise fine condition. Pre-certified John Reznikoff/PSA/DNA and RR Auction COA.
