In part: “Professor Tracy L. Jeffords, who is a candidate for Commissioner of Education, desires very much to see you…I wish you would talk to him fully about the situation. You can trust him thoroughly.” Intersecting folds, one vertical fold passing through a single letter of the signature, some docketing and pencil notations to the lower part of the reverse, and a trivial brush to the signature, otherwise fine condition.
