ALS signed “CD,” one page, 4.5 x 4.25, no date. Conclusion of a longer letter reads, “My impression that many of the Parisian Theatres are subsidized is derived from my eye-sight remembrance of the length of their list, which is annually published in the French papers. What an unfortunate pair of Corsican Brothers you are! Regard to the present sufferer-Ever faithfully,” In fine condition, with light intersecting folds, one through signature, and a clipped top left corner. Accompanied by an unsigned carte-de-visite of Dickens reading. Pre-certified PSA/DNA and RR Auction COA.
