Trescott for your kind offer which I will be happy to accept as soon as I will be able to leave on my Tour of Inspection of the Coast. I think the suggestions contained in your letter, [are] of such importance, that I have enclosed the letter to the Gov’r for his information.” In very good condition, with uniform toning, edge tears and wear to bottom edge, and a few creases.
