Guinn of West Virginia, McKinley writes, in full: “I beg that you extend to the members of your organization, my thanks for their congratulatory message sent through you.” In fine condition, with a horizontal fold passing through a single letter of the signature, a few trivial spots of soiling, and a trimmed bottom edge.
