In good to very good condition, with intersecting folds, scattered creasing and light soiling, uniform toning, some mild tears to the left and right edge, a cancellation stamp and holes, the latter affecting the signature, with a larger area of paper loss comprised of cancellation holes, and a receipt affixed to the left edge.
