Bell, From: The President, White House, August 10, 1952,” with Truman adding, “To an able & efficient public servant!,” under his color image adjacent to the limitations page. In fine condition. Bell worked for Truman in the White House from 1951 to the end of his administration as his assistant and speech writer. In 1960 he became Kennedy’s Director of the Bureau of the Budget.
